Job Summary
AI Visual Designer—Remote Independent Contractor role aimed at high-volume, AI-assisted ad design for Direct Response/Performance Marketing. Responsibilities include rapidly producing many ad creative variations per campaign using AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, etc.), generating backgrounds and enhanced product photos, creating static images, carousels, and collection assets tailored for Meta feeds and Stories, selecting the top-performing designs and expanding them into additional variations based on data, and ensuring consistency with the client's brand identity. Must apply advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, plus hands-on AI tooling for asset creation, background removal, or image expansion. Strong grasp of marketing hooks, offers, and CTAs in visual layouts. Ideal candidates may have experience in fast-paced Digital Marketing Agencies and basic motion/GIF creation, with knowledge of Shopify integrations as relevant to Meta catalogs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven background in designing specifically for Direct Response/Performance Marketing (not just general branding).
- Ability to produce high-quality work quickly without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to assist in asset creation, background removal, or image expansion, like Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly, or similar.
- A clear understanding of the "The Hook," "The Offer," and "The CTA" within a visual layout.
