Job Summary
AI Transformation Consultant at Sia driving AI-enabled business transformation across operations, finance, sales, and enterprise services. You will identify high-impact AI opportunities, translate ambiguous business challenges into practical AI use cases and workflows, prototype AI-powered solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale pilots, define success metrics, and help establish scalable operating models and governance for enterprise AI adoption. Strong emphasis on structured problem solving, stakeholder management, and delivering measurable business impact through generative AI, automation, and agent-based workflows; requires collaboration with legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders and experience in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–7 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, product, operations, program delivery, or technology-related roles
- Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, copilots, automation workflows, and enterprise AI adoption challenges
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or workflow automation platforms is strongly preferred
- Ability to translate business problems into structured solutions and practical implementation approaches
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working across business and technical teams
- Product and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business impact
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity
- Demonstrated curiosity for emerging AI capabilities and a willingness to continuously learn and experiment
- Experience working with enterprise systems, data platforms, CRM tools, or operational workflows is a plus
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies or transformation programs is preferred
- Experience in consulting, technology, financial services, or fintech industries is a plus
