Job Summary
Lead enterprise AI and Generative AI transformation programs for banking clients, aligning AI investments with business strategy and measurable outcomes. Define AI roadmaps, operating models, and transformation strategies spanning foundation models, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and emerging AI capabilities. Advise executive stakeholders across retail, commercial, corporate, and digital banking on AI opportunities in lending, customer servicing, operations, risk, compliance, and back-office transformation. Partner with architecture, engineering, data, and delivery teams to develop, pilot, and scale enterprise AI solutions while building trusted executive client relationships and identifying new consulting opportunities. Mentor consulting teams, strengthen AI capabilities within the Banking practice, and contribute to thought leadership, market offerings, and industry initiatives. Work from the New York office three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of consulting and technology transformation experience
- enterprise AI, AI/ML, or Generative AI strategy experience
- proven track record delivering transformation within the banking sector
- Deep understanding of banking operations, digital banking, lending, customer experience, risk, compliance, and enterprise transformation
- Demonstrated success building executive client relationships

- Strong knowledge of foundation models, agentic AI, enterprise AI platforms

- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills

Desired Qualifications
- Experience developing enterprise AI strategies for retail, commercial, corporate, or digital banking organizations
- Experience designing AI operating models, governance frameworks, and enterprise adoption strategies
- Knowledge of Responsible AI practices, including governance, explainability, fairness, risk management, and regulatory considerations
- Experience applying AI to lending, customer servicing, fraud prevention, financial crime, banking operations, or regulatory compliance
- Contributions to thought leadership, client workshops, industry events, or AI-focused market offerings within the banking industry
