Job Summary
Lead end-to-end AI-enabled transformation of Philips' Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), defining the future operating model and driving cross-functional programs across regions from concept to scale. Partner with Data/AI teams to translate use cases into scalable AI applications (e.g., forecasting, planning, automation, control tower) and drive adoption with measurable impact on cost, service level, efficiency, and resilience. Enable organizational change and governance, designing processes and operating models to sustain transformation.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15+ years in consulting (e.g., Accenture / IBM) or leading transformation in industry
- Proven track record in supply chain/operations transformation
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain (planning/manufacturing/logistics)
- Exposure to AI/data/digital solutions in operations
- Ability to translate strategy into execution
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience driving change in complex organizations
