Job Summary
AI Transformation Lead at Xplor Pay — define and own the company-wide AI strategy, translate business problems into AI opportunities, drive pilots from concept to production, govern AI initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Security, Legal, and Compliance, build AI literacy, and influence senior leadership toward AI-driven decision-making and automation.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 12 or more years of experience in strategy, product, data, technology, or consulting roles
- Demonstrated experience leading AI, data, or advanced analytics initiatives from strategy through to execution
- Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts, generative AI, and data-driven systems, with technical depth that allows you to engage meaningfully without needing to write code daily
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate confidently at the executive level
- Experience translating complex business problems into scalable, pragmatic AI solutions
- Ability to establish and maintain governance frameworks covering transparency, security, and regulatory compliance
