Job Summary
Assess client organisational maturity for AI adoption, including governance, tooling, and data foundations. Facilitate workshops to uncover and prioritise use cases, producing growth maps ranked by value and feasibility. Develop differentiation strategies and create solution concept sketches for top-priority initiatives. Scope and guide AI pilot projects from defining success criteria to shipping production-ready solutions. Lead the path from pilot to production, defining KPIs and evaluation frameworks that prove impact. Contribute to internal frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits while supporting sales proposals and pitches. Share knowledge across the team and with the broader market through talks and articles.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience
- solid grasp of AI and machine learning concepts
- ability to run a workshop with senior stakeholders
- ability to synthesise findings into a clear strategy
- ability to present with confidence
- ability to explain trade-offs honestly
- ability to think in terms of business outcomes
- familiarity with the current AI landscape
- AI-first mindset
- ability to orchestrate various relevant AI-tools
- ability to write well
- ability to communicate and present in both Dutch and English
Desired Qualifications
- prior experience in consulting
- digital strategy or transformation roles serving enterprise or public-sector clients
- French language skills
