Job Summary
AI Transformation Consultant responsible for leading AI use-case discovery, translating business challenges into AI-driven solutions, defining end-to-end transformation roadmaps, and bridging business with technical teams (data scientists, engineers, architects). The role combines presales and delivery across opportunity identification, solution shaping, governance, and change management, with emphasis on ROI, value realization, regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI Act), ethical AI, and collaboration with global delivery units and local partners. Requires strong business acumen, architecture understanding, and ability to operate in a distributed, international environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven experience (typically 5–10 years) in consulting, digital transformation, or AI/data-related roles
- Core competencies: Stakeholder engagement, use-case shaping, ROI assessment, security and compliance awareness
