Job Summary
Own the Enterprise AI knowledge library and role-based education curriculum, designing learning pathways for investment and non-investment teams while maintaining metadata schemas and taxonomy structures. Execute training programs, workshops, and office hours, managing logistics, attendance tracking, and feedback collection to drive adoption. Create dashboards on training effectiveness, coordinate with the AI Implementation team on adoption campaigns, and develop internal communication campaigns to promote capabilities. Partner with the AI Technology team to stay current on product roadmaps and support the Head of Training & Education on ad-hoc projects.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, content creation, or program coordination
- Instructional design or curriculum development experience, including competency frameworks or leveled learning pathways
- Information architecture / knowledge management experience — taxonomy design, metadata, content lifecycle governance
- Working fluency with enterprise AI tools, platforms, and governance concepts
- Strong PowerPoint/presentation design skills with attention to visual storytelling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with learning management systems and content management tools
- Proficiency in creating documentation, training materials, and multimedia content
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with technical subject matter and translating it for non-technical audiences
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or technology companies preferred
