AI Tooling & Enablement Manager

AI Tooling & Enablement Manager responsible for identifying and building AI-native tools/workflows for OpenAI's marketing organization. Roles include strategic and hands-on work to identify opportunities where AI can improve marketing tasks, prototype to production, design workflows that couple agents with tools and human review, rapidly prototype and ship using automation platforms and Codex, build centralized reusable templates and tooling, create clear documentation and training, and collaborate with Engineering, IT, Security, Legal, and Privacy to deploy compliant tools. The role also involves acting as a hands-on project manager guiding projects from idea to MVP to scaled adoption and translating business needs into technical solutions for cross-functional partners; preferred familiarity with marketing tooling and AI-native development tools, in a fast-moving, high-scrutiny environment.
