Job Summary
Deliver live training sessions for clients and internal users on AI-driven tools, data platforms, and business applications. Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including user guides, presentations, and recorded sessions, while translating technical functionality into clear, business-friendly instruction. Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to stay current on new features and customize content based on specific client use cases. Support client onboarding, answer post-training user questions, and gather feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and adoption. Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while presenting to diverse audiences ranging from users to executives.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in technical training, software training, or client enablement roles
- Experience delivering client-facing training sessions or workshops
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Experience working with data tools or business applications (Tableau, Power BI, CRM systems, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple training sessions and stakeholders simultaneously
- Comfortable presenting to groups and executives
- Strong presenter with confidence in client-facing environments
- Ability to bridge technical concepts and business users
- Adaptable and able to tailor training to different audiences
- Organized and able to manage multiple engagements
- Passion for helping users successfully adopt new technology
