Job Summary
Provide technical support for AI products and services; diagnose and resolve complex AI-related issues including algorithms, model deployment, data processing, and system integration; collaborate with product development, engineering, and data science teams to improve AI performance; document findings and maintain technical guides; offer training to clients and internal teams; stay current with AI trends and contribute to support-process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Three years of experience in a technical support or engineering role with focus on AI technologies
- Experience with AI frameworks/libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or similar
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, data visualization, and data manipulation
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- US Citizenship required
- Preferred Certifications in AI/ML or related technologies
- Hands-on experience deploying AI models in production
- Knowledge of API integration and microservices
- Experience with Git and databases (SQL, NoSQL)
- Prior customer-facing technical support experience
