Job Summary
Configure, connect, and troubleshoot AI integrations enabling secure access to GW&K internal resources and data. Manage agentic workflows, custom agents in Microsoft Foundry, and vendor onboarding while diagnosing connectivity issues for approved tools. Act as the primary technical resource for enablement, delivering training, documentation, and adoption metrics to support firm-wide AI usage. Coordinate with Legal & Compliance to ensure all activities align with data privacy standards and SEC regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in technical, engineering, or IT solutions/integration-focused role
- Prior experience in the investment management industry, or in asset management, wealth management, or a related financial services field
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools in a business setting with the ability to design AI tooling and solutions that are portable across approved models, products, and vendors where practical
- Direct experience integrating software systems and data sources via APIs, including configuration, connectivity troubleshooting, and independent issue diagnosis
- Familiarity building and configuring Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar integration standards
- Experience building or customizing agentic workflows or AI agents in any tooling
- Microsoft Foundry
- Scripting or development experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, .NET)
- Exposure to AI governance, data privacy, or data security considerations in financial services
- This role is based in our Boston office on a hybrid schedule - 4 days per week in-office, 1 day per week remote
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in the investment management industry, or in asset management, wealth management, or a related financial services field preferred
- Familiarity building and configuring Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar integration standards is a plus
- Experience building or customizing agentic workflows or AI agents in any tooling, Microsoft Foundry is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and document processes and procedures
- Self-starter with an ownership mentality who takes initiative, troubleshoots independently, and thrives in an entrepreneurial, evolving environment
