Job Summary
AI Technology Risk Engineer to build and scale AI-powered products with embedded risk controls. Hands-on engineering across modern AI stacks, agent-based architectures, vector databases, and cloud platforms; collaborate with Fidelity’s engineering and product teams to deploy AI products safely, with strong emphasis on risk management, security, and compliance across enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 5–8 years of experience building and delivering production AI/ML-driven products
- hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks and tooling (e.g., LangGraph, LlamaIndex)
- experience with agent-based architectures, autonomous agents, and orchestration logic
- full-stack engineering depth across vector databases, embedding strategies, memory patterns
- cloud-native AI platforms and infrastructure (Google Vertex AI, AWS, Azure)
- security, authentication/authorization, CI/CD, observability
- ability to operate in regulated or enterprise environments
- engineering mindset to mitigate technology risks in AI systems
