Job Summary
AI Technical Project Manager role based in Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia. You’ll support growth and delivery of high-quality AI-enabled products, leveraging expertise in AI algorithms (classification, detection, time-series, anomaly detection, reinforcement learning, clustering, recommendations) and AI/automation workflows. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, risk and resource planning, technical documentation, and aligning AI/ML deployments with project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum practices (Jira/Confluence). Strong programming/coding discipline across multiple languages and the ability to communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences are essential. Requires a Bachelor’s in CS/IS or related field, 8–10 years of project management experience (3+ years in AI/automation projects), and a proven track record deploying ML models in production. PMP or Agile certification is preferred. The role emphasizes independent work and collaborative teamwork in a production environment. Required Qualifications
