Job Summary
AI Technical Product Director to lead the AI transformation of HR and L&D solutions, bridging legacy systems with AI-enabled platforms; responsible for product roadmaps, AI tool experimentation (Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform), governance, data ethics, and performance monitoring; drives partnerships and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Client Strategy, and external vendors; leading discovery, MVP design, and iterative releases to productize AI-driven features that expand AllenComm’s market reach; requires translating client feedback and market data into actionable product insights, and delivering measurable business value through scalable AI-powered enterprise solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML or enterprise SaaS
- proven experience migrating legacy systems or platforms to AI-driven architectures
- familiarity with Microsoft AI technologies (Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform)
- background in HR tech, learning technologies and workforce enablement platforms
- experience with vendor management, partnership development, and cross-functional collaboration
- strategic and hands-on leadership style—comfortable moving from vision to execution
- excellent communication and executive presentation skills
