Job Summary
Lead Regrello platform implementations by defining solution architecture, integration strategies, and technical standards for scalable workflow orchestration. Design complex automation solutions, configure custom logic, and establish governance frameworks for cross-functional teams. Execute enterprise integrations with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and MES platforms while ensuring secure data synchronization. Monitor workflow performance, optimize bottlenecks, and support UAT and production releases within Agile sprints. Provide technical leadership through design reviews, mentorship, and risk assessments to ensure reliable deployment and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering, workflow automation, or enterprise application development experience
- 3+ years of technical leadership or solution architecture experience
