Job Summary
Lead development of AI-driven frontend interfaces using ReactJS and Next.js, while architecting scalable backend services with Python FastAPI and NodeJS. Manage RAG-based systems, vector databases like OpenSearch or Chroma, and private LLM deployments for intelligent analysis. Optimize model accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and build KPI dashboards using SQL and Python to derive actionable business insights. Ensure secure CI/CD pipelines and enterprise-grade system design for large-scale retail and digital platforms. Translate complex technical solutions into measurable value for global brands.

- Experience with AI workflows such as RAG, agent-based systems, LLM-driven integrations, and scalable AI pipelines
- Exposure to private or offline AI setups, including local LLM deployments
- Strong backend experience using Python with FastAPI for building AI services and APIs
- Frontend exposure using ReactJS / Next.js for AI-driven user interfaces
- Good understanding of PostgreSQL and object storage platforms such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, or MinIO
- Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and insights using SQL and Python
- Background in Retail, Digital, or large-scale enterprise platforms
- Ability to explain complex AI and technical concepts in a simple, business-friendly manner
Desired Qualifications
- Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)
