Job Summary
Define AI strategy and solution roadmaps by partnering with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable architectures. Lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions, including Knowledge Agents for Insurance and HR, while driving integrations with enterprise platforms like Genesys telephony systems. Establish technical standards, delivery frameworks, and best practices to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams responsible for solution delivery and ongoing support. Evaluate emerging AI technologies to identify innovation opportunities that drive measurable business value across customer, employee, and operational experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading the delivery of AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to define technology roadmaps and strategic priorities
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and product capabilities
- Demonstrated success delivering commercially viable, market-ready technology solutions
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, knowledge management solutions, or intelligent automation platforms
- Experience integrating enterprise systems and third-party applications
- Proven leadership experience building and managing technical teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within the Insurance industry, particularly Group Benefits
- Experience delivering Human Resources technology solutions
- Experience integrating with Genesys or similar contact center platforms
- Experience with AI-enabled RFP, proposal, or document automation solutions
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and enterprise AI architectures
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments
