Define feature specs, track roadmaps in Agile tools, and analyze usage data to iterate on growth funnels. Support client onboarding, automate operational bottlenecks, and resolve customer inquiries while tracking CSAT and churn risks. Plan micro-campaigns across SEO and social channels, produce content assets, and manage B2B partnership outreach pipelines. Monitor campaign performance to identify high-ROI channels. Work closely with product leads and senior engineers to build real features that directly impact the business.
