Job Summary
Lead design and delivery of scalable, secure enterprise video solutions across Live/VOD delivery, content lifecycle management, and brand asset platforms (Wello, Brand Central). Drive hands-on engineering and architectural decisions, collaborate with Marketing, Corporate Communications, Product, Architecture, and Risk & Compliance, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Develop and integrate AI-enabled applications using enterprise AI platforms; implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and model orchestration while maintaining governance, data privacy, and risk controls. Contribute to reusable AI assets and patterns, participate in architecture reviews, and translate business needs into reliable, scalable solutions. This role is hybrid with three in-office days per week in Charlotte, NC. Be guided by Wells Fargo core values and risk-management expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience
- 2+ years of experience with AI or GenAI solutions within enterprise or regulated environments
- 2+ years of experience with prompt engineering, LLM application development, or AI orchestration frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
