Job Summary
AI Systems Builder who designs and implements end-to-end AI-powered automation across marketing, operations, and internal workflows using LLMs, AI agents, and no/low-code platforms. Responsibilities include discovering and evaluating AI tools, prototyping and deploying AI-driven solutions, building systems that pull/analyze data to generate actionable outputs, collaborating with teams to scale automation, monitoring performance, and staying up-to-date on AI developments. Must have hands-on experience implementing AI solutions, strong understanding of LLMs, familiarity with Python/JavaScript, APIs, and data flow, experience with tools like Zapier/Make, and a track record of rapidly adopting new AI tools; comfortable working with structured and unstructured data, and capable of turning ideas into automated, scalable systems. The role offers full healthcare, 401k match, flexible schedule, catered meals, and competitive pay, with Vancouver, WA as the primary location.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience using AI to solve real-world problems end-to-end (not just prompting, actual implementation and results)
- Strong understanding of how LLMs work in practice (prompting, context windows, embeddings, limitations, hallucinations)
- Basic coding ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar) or strong technical aptitude to quickly pick it up
- Familiarity with APIs, data flow, and system design (how tools connect, pass data, and execute reliably)
- Experience building or working with AI agents, multi-step workflows, and tool integrations
- Ability to design and implement automations using platforms like Zapier, Make, or similar including complex, multi-step logic
- Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data, including transforming, routing, and analyzing it within workflows
- Experience working with or integrating tools like OpenAI, Claude, or other LLM providers
- Proven track record of rapidly learning and implementing newly released AI tools and frameworks
- Strong problem-solving ability, can break down ambiguous problems and build practical, working solutions
- Highly intelligent, resourceful, and self-directed
