Job Summary
Design and ship AI systems for real clients, integrating LLMs and agent architectures into working knowledge bases. Own end-to-end delivery of AI implementations, translating complex technical setups into clear explanations for non-technical stakeholders. Leverage deep hands-on experience with Claude, GPT, and open-source tools to build a fully functional AI implementation agency. This co-founding opportunity pairs your domain expertise with ORYN's infrastructure for positioning, sales, and operations, allowing you to run and grow a business while accessing an ecosystem of portfolio agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Deep, hands-on experience building AI systems
- Shipped, deployed, actually used by real clients or teams
- Know how to explain what you do to someone who does not live in this world
- Proven delivery: AI systems built and shipped, not just designed
- Hands-on with LLMs and AI tooling at a working level
- Can own delivery end-to-end without hand-holding
- Wants to build something of their own, not stay an individual contributor forever
Desired Qualifications
- Prior freelance or consulting experience
- MCP or API integration depth
- Network in mid-market or scale-up segment
- Experience working with Claude Code
