Job Summary
AI Systems & Automation Consultant to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows and operational processes across multiple businesses and investment initiatives. Role emphasizes strategic thinking over task-based automation, with independent design of AI-driven solutions, governance, and scalable infrastructure. Manages Claude Code as primary development environment, builds reusable prompts and AI-powered operating systems, integrates diverse tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs), and supports lending and SaaS-related workflows, including KYC/onboarding, investor/deal workflows, and automation reporting. Independent contractor in a part-time capacity (20 hours/week), fully remote with PH-based candidates preferred; monthly rate USD 800–1,200 (flexible by experience). Start ASAP.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience building automation systems and workflows (at least 3 years)
- Advanced proficiency with Claude Code
- Experience with AI-assisted development workflows
- Hands-on experience with n8n and/or similar automation platforms
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent architecture
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Strong systems thinking and process design capabilities
- Ability to build end-to-end automation solutions independently
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable understanding of financial workflows, lending processes, and SaaS business models
