AI Support Notification Specialist

Job Summary
Manage mass email and SMS campaigns to customers; support AI-driven automation workflows for communication and marketing; prepare accurate reports and performance dashboards on campaign results; write and edit articles, updates, and communication materials; ensure message compliance, accuracy, and delivery success; provide minimal direct customer communication if required; collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging and automation processes; 3-month project with possibility of extension; flexible 6 hours daily with weekend on-call availability.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with email marketing tools, SMS platforms, and automation systems
- Knowledge of AI automation tools is a strong advantage
- Strong reporting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication in English and Arabic
- Prior experience in digital marketing, customer communication, or automation preferred
