Job Summary
In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers, interact via support tickets and Slack, and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to improve internal processes. You'll apply scripting skills and leverage emerging AI technologies to enhance support operations while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in technical support and possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive attitude toward innovation.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in user operations, technical support, or support engineering roles, ideally within tech startups or fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable using emerging technologies to script or engineer code for automating repetitive tasks.
- Expert-level SaaS troubleshooting skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers and cross-functional teams.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, another relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
