Job Summary
Senior Director of AI Strategy responsible for leading AI value creation across strategic PE-backed customers (including franchise groups and roll-ups $1B+ revenue). Own the value creation thesis, interact with CEOs/CFOs/PE partners, and oversee on-account teams (implementation, customer success, and forward-deployed engineers) to ensure maximum value from AI products across locations. Will quantify outcomes (ROI, EBITDA impact, revenue, conversion, labor savings) and drive expansion into additional AI products and locations. Travel to customers as needed; in-person work five days a week in San Francisco. Requires 10+ years in PE value creation or related senior operating roles, credibility with senior leadership, and a proven track record of measurable value creation. Bonus points for PE portco experience in home services and startup backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years across PE value creation or operating-partner roles
- top-tier consulting (MBB) experience or senior operating roles in trades, industrials, or field services
- ability to advise sponsors, boards, CEOs, and CFOs as a trusted partner
- track record of measurable value creation (EBITDA expansion, margin improvement, operational transformation, or roll-up integration)
- comfortable in building and presenting quantitative value stories (ROI, EBITDA impact, revenue, labor savings)
