AI Strategy Lead-Vice President-Channel Strategy and Optimization

Job Summary
Lead development and scaling of AI use cases within Chase's Channel Strategy & Optimization. Own pilot programs to test AI applications, establish ROI/tracking frameworks, and onboard CSO teams. Collaborate with Data & Analytics, Marketing Product, and Controls to integrate AI solutions into CSO workflows. Create, test, and refine text-based prompts for LLMs, maintain a library of prompts and guidelines, stay current with AI/ML advances, and communicate business impact with clear, concise storytelling. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Marketing or AI-focused roles; seasoned stakeholder management and experience delivering technology-driven marketing initiatives, preferably at scale.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- 5+ years in Marketing, AI Innovation, or platform leadership roles
- Experience with AI platforms, data analytics, and project management
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, tools, and their application in Marketing
- Strong written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to convey information simply and clearly to users and business partners
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing strategy, process and analytics
