Job Summary
Define AI roadmaps, operating models, and governance frameworks that align with business objectives. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities, facilitating workshops to uncover innovation initiatives and developing business cases demonstrating measurable value. Translate business challenges into AI use cases and implementation roadmaps, working closely with architects and delivery teams to design and deliver AI-enabled solutions. Support AI adoption through change management, stakeholder engagement, and capability uplift while monitoring outcomes to ensure sustainable business impact. This role bridges the gap between strategy and AI-enabled transformation for clients within NCS Australia's Data & AI Consulting practice.
