Job Summary
Vice President, APAC AI Strategy & Enablement leads the development and execution of the APAC region's AI strategy, partnering with senior stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases, create strategic roadmaps, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and enable commercialization of AI initiatives. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, governance and regulatory adherence in a Financial Services environment, promoting AI literacy, and delivering AI solutions—from concept to production—that enhance client value, operational efficiency, and risk management. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, 8+ years in AI/data/tech strategy within financial services, experience with GenAI/LLMs and agentic systems, strong stakeholder management, and knowledge of APAC regulatory frameworks. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years of experience in AI, data science, technology strategy, or digital transformation within financial services
- Solid understanding of financial services business lines and corporate functions
- Experience delivering AI/ML solutions from concept to production
- Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, ML workflows, and agentic systems
- Knowledge of data management, governance, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in cross-functional, regional teams
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Understanding of APAC regulatory landscape and cultural diversity
