Job Summary
Associate in APAC AI Strategy & Enablement supports the region’s AI strategy and execution, collaborating with business and functional teams to develop AI roadmaps, identify AI use cases, and deliver solutions that drive client value, operational efficiency, and risk management. Requires foundational knowledge of wholesale banking and asset management, familiarity with AI/ML concepts (including GenAI), data management, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements for AI use cases, supporting ideation workshops and discovery engagements, developing project plans and success metrics, preparing stakeholder communications, ensuring compliance with data governance and regulatory standards, promoting AI literacy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of AI projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
- Formal training or certification with 5+ years of experience in AI, data science, technology, or analytics within financial services.
