Job Summary
Identify and evaluate AI use cases for business processes, leading initiatives from prototype development to cross-functional scaling. Conduct workshops to systematically analyze potential and develop practical solutions, while assessing new AI tools for integration into the existing system landscape. Drive the strategic evolution of AI and GenAI initiatives with the Head of AI and relevant departments, actively shaping the AI roadmap. Foster user acceptance through training, open communication, and community management, ensuring smooth integration with IT, Compliance, and other stakeholders. Collaborate across disciplines to navigate stakeholder interests and deliver sustainable results.
Required Qualifications
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Digitalem Management, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld komplexer Unternehmensprozesse oder in der Prozessberatung
- praktische Erfahrung in der agilen Umsetzung von Digital- oder KI-Projekten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse aktueller AI- und GenAI-Technologien, etwa im Bereich Large Language Models oder Prompt Engineering
