Job Summary
Formulate the enterprise AI adoption roadmap while enforcing zero-data-retention protocols to prevent external model training leaks. Architect secure cloud integrations using AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI, and deploy Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect frontier models with internal databases. Establish cost/performance heuristics for model routing and prompt caching, then serve as the hands-on AI advisor for developers, accounting, legal, and marketing teams. Design structured training curricula and custom agent workflows to elevate AI literacy across the entire headcount. This full-time, in-person hybrid role requires 5+ years in SRE, Cyber Security, or Software Engineering, with a base salary of $125,000-$150,000 plus discretionary bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cyber Security, Cloud Infrastructure, or Software Engineering
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock (or equivalent cloud managed services)
- Direct experience working with Claude (Anthropic API) and Gemini (Google AI Studio/Vertex)
- Strong technical command of Model Context Protocol (MCP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector stores, and agentic framework design
- Familiarity with data security standards, zero-trust architectures, and compliance considerations within a CFTC-, SEC-, or FINRA-regulated financial services firm
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex technical/AI concepts for non-technical team members and collaborate seamlessly across engineering and corporate functions
- This is a full-time, in-person hybrid position and is not available for visa sponsorship
