Job Summary
The AI Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing an AI strategy for the Enterprise Systems team, ensuring compliance with governance standards and delivering business value. Key responsibilities include serving on the AI Governance/Review Board, evaluating AI use cases, conducting technical reviews, mitigating risks, and collaborating with various teams to implement responsible AI practices. The role requires expertise in generative AI platforms, cloud AI services, and data governance tools. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess over three years of experience in AI or related technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science roles
- Expertise with generative AI platforms and cloud AI services
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot and integrating AI assistants or chatbots into business processes
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Purview or similar data governance/compliance tools
- Strong programming and ML skills and familiarity with tools for model deployment and monitoring
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proven ability to function as a subject matter expert or advisor
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Adobe Firefly, Runway, or other diffusion models for creating or editing images and video
