Job Summary
Develop and implement AI solutions to improve products, processes, and business performance in the Chinese market. Identify high-impact AI use cases, apply machine learning and data-driven approaches, and integrate AI into existing systems and workflows. Work closely with business, engineering, and IT teams to drive efficiency, enable innovation, and build future AI capabilities. 18-month international rotation across different business units and locations within NETZSCH Innovation Talent Program, with transition to a permanent position after successful completion. English is mandatory for the program; Chinese is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in developing and deploying AI / machine learning models
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python) and experience with frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Solid understanding of data analysis, model development, and evaluation methods
- Experience with integrating AI solutions into business or industrial environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams
- Very good English skills; Chinese is an advantage
