Job Summary
Develop and implement AI solutions for the Chinese market through the NETZSCH Innovation Talent Program (ITP), an 18-month international rotation across different business units and locations, leading to a permanent position. Identify and prioritize AI use cases with clear business impact, develop, test, and deploy ML models, prepare and analyze data for reliable model development, and integrate AI solutions into existing systems, processes, and products. Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business teams to implement solutions, monitor model performance, and scale successful AI use cases across units and regions. Strong programming in Python with TensorFlow/PyTorch, data analysis and evaluation methods, and English proficiency (Chinese advantageous). After completing the program, transition into a permanent role within NETZSCH.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in developing and deploying AI / machine learning models
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python) and experience with frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Solid understanding of data analysis, model development, and evaluation methods
- Experience with integrating AI solutions into business or industrial environments
- Very good English skills; Chinese is an advantage
