Job Summary
Lead discovery conversations with business owners and executives to understand their operational goals before recommending AI or security solutions. Translate complex technical concepts into plain language during education sessions, including lunch and learns and hands-on training. Own AI enablement engagements end to end, from initial assessment through implementation support, while building a repeatable consulting playbook. Manage the cybersecurity offering across tiered models, including dark-web monitoring and threat services. Leverage AI tools to handle administrative tasks, freeing time for high-level customer dialogue. Partner with service and development teams to embed best practices into daily delivery.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in an MSP or professional services environment
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or similar)
