Job Summary
AI Solutions Sales Consultant role focused on identifying and developing business opportunities, driving adoption of an AI-powered ecommerce platform, and managing client relationships through a consultative approach. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end sales from prospecting to closing, delivering impactful presentations, translating AI capabilities into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders, building long-term client relationships, tailoring proposals, and collaborating with product/technical teams to drive adoption at scale. Required skills encompass proven AI/SaaS pre-sales or solutions consulting, consultative selling, strong storytelling to diverse executives, familiarity with ecommerce AI applications (agents, RAG pipelines, LLMs), and ability to work cross-functionally. Education required is a Bachelor's degree, with 3–5 years of relevant experience; English proficiency is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
- 3–5 years of proven success in AI product management, data/AI technical pre-sales, or solutions consulting with a track record of closing deals preferably within SaaS, AI, ecommerce, or data analytics sectors
- Strong ability to convey complex AI and data concepts clearly and compellingly to diverse audiences
- Expertise in consultative selling, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing
- Familiarity with the ecommerce technology landscape and how AI can be applied across them
- Understanding of AI concepts such as agents, RAG pipelines, LLMs, and API integrations
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
