Job Summary
AI Solutions Expert at Ignitis Group AI Adoption and Innovation team to apply AI technologies across the group, develop and deploy automation using AI/ML, work with large structured and unstructured data, monitor AI market trends, evaluate opportunities, and lead digitization pilots from MVPs to group-level applications. Requires experience with LLMs and AI solutions, strong Python programming for model development and data analysis, at least one year of experience in AI solution development and project management, understanding of rapid prototyping/PVPs, and excellent Lithuanian language skills. Includes a hybrid work model (3+2) with flexible hours and extensive learning opportunities, plus internal career growth and mentorship.
