AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary
Lead technical discovery sessions with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex client challenges into scalable AI architectures and delivery plans. Build production-grade AI applications using LLM APIs, RAG systems, and agentic workflows, while designing integrations between AI solutions and enterprise environments including legacy databases and internal platforms. Own the full delivery lifecycle from proof of concept through production stabilization, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring solutions meet security, compliance, and data residency requirements. Collaborate with client teams and delivery managers to manage scope, technical risks, and priorities, ensuring client technical teams are confident and self-sufficient after project completion.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with proven experience delivering production systems
- 2+ years of experience working in customer-facing engineering, consulting, solutions engineering, or similar roles
- Strong software engineering skills with the ability to independently design, build, and deliver complete solutions
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD workflows
- Experience integrating external APIs and enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, identity providers, and data platforms
- Practical experience building AI-powered applications using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar technologies)
- Understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI-powered workflows
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong ownership mindset - you follow solutions through to production, not only prototypes
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
- Quarterly office visits in Poznań
- Flexibility for occasional client visit
Desired Qualifications
- Experience delivering solutions in regulated industries such as fintech, banking, healthcare, or the public sector
- Knowledge of AI evaluation methodologies and frameworks
