Job Summary
AI Solutions Engineer at CLEVR: design prompts, build AI agents and copilots, and integrate LLMs into real business processes to deliver measurable value. Prototype, launch, and refine AI agents, copilots, and intelligent automations; design robust AI and non-AI architectures with APIs, middleware, vector search, prompt orchestration, and retrieval pipelines; develop internal tools and accelerators; collaborate with consultants, architects, and clients, and lead workshops and discovery sessions. 2–6 years of experience building software or AI-powered apps; hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, and production AI solutions across client work; strong TypeScript/JavaScript and Python; Git/GitHub pipelines; experience with TanStack, Convex; API/webhook integration; familiarity with Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode; fluent in Dutch and English; hybrid work from Amersfoort/Utrecht, Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience building software, automations, or AI-powered applications
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building and shipping AI solutions
- Strong coding skills in TypeScript/JavaScript; Python preferred
- Experience with Git and/or setting up pipelines in GitHub
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and cloud platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks such as Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode
- Fluent in Dutch & English
