Job Summary
Analyze client questions and co-define the core problem, success metrics, and highest-value opportunities during discovery sessions and workshops. Translate business needs into practical digital solutions involving processes, integrations, AI components, and technical architecture. Independently set up prototypes or MVPs using modern AI tools like Claude Code and Codex to validate ideas. Evaluate solution viability for logic, reliability, and real-world production readiness. Guide clients through trade-offs, risks, and strategic choices while collaborating with specialized engineers for complex technical deep dives. Drive the full scope from concept to working software, ensuring quality and impact.

- technisch sterk genoeg is om met moderne AI-tools zelfstandig een eerste werkende applicatie, flow of prototype neer te zetten
- goed kan inschatten wat zelf kan, wat slimmer is om samen op te pakken en wanneer specialistische collega's moeten aanhaken
- sterk communiceert en vertrouwen wekt bij klanten
- ownership neemt en vaagheid omzet in richting, structuur en resultaat
Desired Qualifications
- ervaring met AI-toepassingen, automatisering of digitale transformatie
