Job Summary
AI Solutions Associate to support development and execution of the agency’s AI initiatives and roadmap, researching AI tools, documenting potential applications, and creating reusable AI patterns and proofs-of-concepts. Collaborates with client teams to translate AI capabilities into practical solutions aligned with client goals, participates in post-implementation reviews, and helps with internal enablement, training, and knowledge sharing. Strong emphasis on rapid prototyping, experimentation, and practical impact for internal teams and client projects, with opportunities for professional growth and contributions to thought leadership in AI-enabled services.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, data, analytics, or emerging technology roles involving AI implementations and solutions
- Degree in Computer Science strongly preferred
- Hands-on AI experience building personal or professional products, automations, or AI-powered solutions
- Experience working with modern agentic AI frameworks, MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI skills/tools, and orchestration concepts
- Practical experience with one or more AI development environments or coding agents such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or Windsurf
- Familiarity with integrating AI capabilities into business workflows, internal tools, customer experiences, or automation pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate using AI tools and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-starter mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and passion for staying current with the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem
- Preferred: exposure to cloud platforms, APIs, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, RAG workflows, or automation platforms
