AI Solutions Architect

Design, implement, and scale AI-enabled solutions across customer-facing and internal operations. Collaborate with Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Claims, Underwriting, Ops, Finance, vendors, and stakeholders to evaluate solutions, design scalable workflows, and help bring AI initiatives from pilot to production. Own solution architecture for AI-enabled workflows across processes, manage integration planning, testing, and launch readiness with accuracy and timeliness, and ensure alignment with data governance and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, system reliability, automation quality, customer experience, and operational outcomes. Communicate updates, risks, and tradeoffs clearly, and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment. Requires 6+ years of experience in related technical roles and a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience). Preferred qualifications include experience with fintech/proptech domains and tools such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Decagon, Sierra, Ada, Claude, OpenAI, Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, GitHub, and related AI/cloud technologies.
