AI Solutions Architect

Job Summary
Partner with Engineering, IT Operations, and business stakeholders to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for AI-driven automation. Architect, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered workflows and intelligent agents using custom software development and low-code/no-code platforms like n8n, Celigo, and Zapier. Mentor cross-functional teams on AI best practices, prompt engineering, and agentic technologies while establishing governance frameworks that adhere to security standards and SDLC principles. Collaborate to implement practical automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions, AI agents, and LLM-powered workflows
- Hands-on experience with both software development and low-code/no-code automation platforms such as n8n, Celigo, Zapier, or Google Apps Script
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, APIs, system integrations, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices
- Proven ability to analyse, redesign, and optimise business processes through automation and AI-driven solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong communication, mentoring, and change management capabilities, with a passion for enabling others to adopt AI technologies
- Experience working within AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Positive attitude with a solution-focused approach in all aspects of work
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments as needed
- Conducive home office (free from noise and distraction)
- Main internet: wired internet of at least 100mbps
- Reliable back up internet: at least 20mbps speed

- Experience working within AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks is highly regarded
