Job Summary
AI Solutions Analyst role focuses on translating customer and internal process requirements into precise AI workflows on the platform, using internal code-generation tooling. Own end-to-end workflow validation from design through testing to production rollout and performance monitoring. Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to enable adoption, measure KPI/ROI, and communicate value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requires translating business needs into technical/solution language, and a proactive, fast-moving approach in ambiguous environments. Preferred undergraduate CS degree with programming skills and exposure to building solution-oriented workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Strong academic foundation; candidates from top-tier institutes preferred
- 0–2 years of professional experience in business/analyst roles or equivalent
- proficiency in basic programming (Python, JavaScript)
