Job Summary

Own end-to-end AI solution development for Federal and Aerospace & Defense clients, leading multi-disciplinary teams of data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to shape AI roadmaps, validate AI-driven use cases, and drive adoption from pilots to enterprise-scale deployments; collaborate with Sales and Product to scale offerings, manage AI productization, and ensure AI transformations deliver measurable business impact, while traveling ~25% to engage with federal and defense executives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science; MS/MBA preferred
Active U.S. Government security clearance or the ability to obtain one (e.g., Secret, Top Secret)
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
