AI Solution Leader
On-siteMexico City, Mexico City, Mexico
Job Summary
Design AI-native sales solutions by identifying inefficient processes and replacing them with autonomous agent swarms that eliminate manual work and accelerate deals. Envision and prototype breakthrough capabilities including predictive deal orchestration, autonomous prospecting, and real-time competitive war-gaming to challenge legacy tool assumptions. Drive rapid experimentation by building MVPs, testing with real sellers, and ruthlessly killing what does not work while evangelizing AI-first thinking across the organization. Scout emerging technologies and startups to ensure DXC stays ahead of the curve, then partner with sales leadership to define the strategic narrative and roadmap for AI-native sales over the next 12-24 months.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, Business, or related field — or equivalent experience as a proven innovator
- 5+ years of experience driving technology-led disruption in sales, go-to-market, or revenue operations
- demonstrable AI/ML expertise
- Deep understanding of the AI landscape: LLMs, agentic systems, multi-agent orchestration, generative AI, and automation platforms
- Hands-on ability to prototype solutions (Python, AI frameworks, no-code/low-code agent builders)
- Experience with sales ecosystems (CRM, enablement, revenue intelligence)
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
Desired Qualifications
- Track record of challenging the status quo and delivering transformational outcomes — not just incremental optimization
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the playbook does not yet exist
- Disruptor mentality — instinctively questions 'how it's always been done' and proposes radically better alternatives
- Visionary communicator — can paint a compelling picture of the future and rally teams, leaders, and skeptics behind bold ideas
- Bias for action — prototypes, tests, and ships rather than getting stuck in analysis paralysis or committee approvals
- Resilient and persuasive — comfortable pushing back against organizational inertia and bringing people along on transformational change
