Job Summary
AI Solution Designer to design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions across multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines. Translate business requirements into technical designs, create production-ready implementations, and drive enterprise-wide adoption using platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock and SageMaker. Responsibilities include designing multi-agent architectures, developing RAG pipelines (embeddings, vector stores, retrievers, re-ranking), embedding responsible AI principles (security, compliance, privacy, safety), leading workshops, producing high-level and low-level designs (HLDs/LLDs), and delivering code, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code. Requires strong Python coding, experience with LLMs and agent frameworks, and the ability to communicate with technical and executive audiences. Flexible, collaborative environment in Australia with roles based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne, focusing on AI/ML solutions within regulated settings.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise AI/ML solutions end-to-end
- Strong engineering background with hands-on coding experience (Python essential)
- Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, and agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
- Experience across Azure AI and AWS AI ecosystems
- Strong understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, APIs, and scalable system design
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate complex requirements into practical solutions
- Experience working in large or regulated environments is highly regarded
