Job Summary
Design and implementation of reusable integration patterns for AI and LLMs beyond AWS and Azure. Define standards, guidelines, and reference architectures for compliant AI usage while developing and prototyping innovative platform components. Translate AI capabilities into clear, usable platform services for internal teams and support development groups through established patterns and best practices. Coordinate cross-platform consistency and apply automation techniques to enhance user-friendliness and efficiency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain a network of external experts to evaluate AI-related opportunities. This role operates within the 'Artificial Intelligence & Cloud Platform' team at Flender's Bocholt site, offering 50% remote work under a flex-time system.
Required Qualifications
- A successfully completed degree in IT or an equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience in cloud architecture (AWS and/or Azure)
- Practical experience with modern AI technologies, particularly LLM-based services
- A sound understanding of API-based architectures, integration patterns and secure system design
- Experience in platform engineering, developer platforms or the design of reusable services
- Ability to translate complex topics into simple, practical solutions
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- A pragmatic approach with a focus on impact, scalability and acceptance
- 50% remote work under a flex-time system
