Job Summary
Develop a comprehensive understanding of HP AI software offerings to act as the technical subject matter expert for all pre-sales activities. Translate complex AI concepts into clear value propositions for defense clients while designing and implementing proof of concepts to showcase capabilities. Collaborate with business development teams to create customized solution engagements, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver training sessions for customers and partners. Build strong client relationships by understanding technical needs and providing tailored solutions that integrate HP offerings into secure, regulated environments. Create technical documentation and best practices guides to support the sales process and customer onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Solution Engineering and software experience
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in AI software sales or solutions engineering
- In-depth knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong proficiency with AI frameworks, tools, and platforms
- Familiarity with sales processes and tools
- Proficiency in either Python or C++, with experience in both languages
- Proven track record of developing enterprise data science projects
- DevOps and experience in developing software in hybrid cloud environments (Cloud, hybrid and on-prem)
- Demonstrated track record of achieving presales KPI's including opportunity conversion
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering fields or equivalent experience

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with client and attend industry events
